About the Event

First Friday is a monthly celebration of arts and culture in the Southside Shopping and Arts District of Bethlehem.  Peruse the art galleries, unique boutiques, salons and shops, while enjoying food and wine samples, live music, and special deals.  Enjoy happy hour, or grab dinner at one of the downtown restaurants for a full evening of fun.

March 2^nd- “Totally 80’s” First Friday. March’s First Friday is taking you back to the 80’s…..learn how to sing like a “pro” at Karaoke demonstrations, enjoy live music at several participating First Friday locations, be WOW-ed by the impromptu Break Dancing performed by The Lehigh Valley Dance Exchange, enjoy what’s new in the shops and galleries, sample delicious goodies along the way and SO MUCH MORE!!!!!

•  Lehigh Valley Dance Exchange: Break Dance performances throughout the night at various locations on 3^rd and 4^th street!!!

• Godfrey Daniel’s: Steppin’ Out!, one of the Lehigh Valley’s most respected country swing bands is gathering for an informal and lively reunion session at Godfrey’s. Reid Tre, Dave Fry and Hub Willson, along with special guests will reprise the hot Texas Swing.

• Youniversity of Arts and Music: Using the timeless classics of the 80′s, learn the art of Karaoke! We will go over stage presence, dealing with stage fright, holding a mic, and more! Of course there will be plenty of singing! Win a prize for the best 80′s outfit!
